Is it safe to use my wooden bed frame?

I am in the process of moving to a new apartment. When I went to disassemble the bed, I found a carpet of greenish-black mold on the wall with a lesser amount growing on the wooden bed frame, which was right up against the wall. I treated the frame with bleach water, but there is still a slight stain left. I'm concerned about toxic mold and don't want to infect my new place with the stuff. What should I do? Note: There was no mold observed on my mattress or bedding.

Bleach will kill virtually everything, so you're safe.

Also, as long as the frame is dry in your new place, any mold spores that did remain viable would not be able to germinate - they need dampness to grow.
